According to wikipedia, Poverty is defined as the state of having little or no money and few or no material possesion. It refers to condition of human being when he is unable to afford minimum basic needs like food, clothing, shelter, health etc. Poverty is a global issue.According to world bank, Today most of the countries in world are under poverty line. It is the main obstacle in development of world economy. Governments are stressing on this issue from time to time.
